Pop Shared Kitchen

Our shared kitchen was built to welcome culinary entrepreneurs to explore opportunities to grow forward in a commercial commissary kitchen that makes the most sense for their business needs.

We offer a professional kitchen equipped with three prep areas, an island of carefully selected professional equipment (6 burner Hestan range with gas oven and salamander, double stack Rational Combi oven (steam and convection), 15 gallon tilt skillet and double stack convection oven, a 20 quart planetary mixer, cooling racks, limited walk-in cooler/freezer storage, three-part sink with a ware washer and plenty of beautiful natural light, exceptionally comfortable flooring, ergonomic prep tables and climate-control.

We are small, but mighty with accelerated cooking options reducing time while conserving energy and product retention. Our services include mentoring support, reduced rates for pop-up space, innovation and collaborative opportunities and a warm, supportive environment.
