Launch Coffee & Tea
Launch Coffee & Tea is a cozy dining area seating twelve comfortably. A warm tableau with a view of Colorado Avenue flanked by a mantle, carefully crafted to highlight the beautiful work of Angie Pickman, and a wall mirror reflecting beautiful views of Pikes Peak, this space gives a cozy atmosphere for your small gathering. This room is perfect for a small dinner party, book club or wine tasting supported with a full in-house bar option, catering or coordination with preferred caterers including our talented shared kitchen customers.
Private Dining Room
Our second floor dining room has a magnificent view of the Front Range seating 8-10 comfortably. A state of the art audio-visual system allows easy viewing of files for meetings, a custom menu for your dinner party or a fun movie that you might enjoy. ADA access to the building is complete with an outside lift and inside elevator. In-house catering from our house kitchen and shared kitchen customers and full bar service available by request. Coordination with preferred caterers is allowed.
Estrella’s Dining Room
Estrella is a charming dining room seating 20-25 with soft seating by the fireplace, tremendous light and views of the Front Range, Full in-house bar service and catering from both our house kitchen and shared kitchen customers is available as well as by arrangement with outside catering from preferred caterers. Use of our catering kitchen adjacent to our house elevator makes layout accessible and easy. Full ADA-accessibility is one of the highlights of this beautiful space with a lift outside, two ADA bathrooms and an elevator. A large screen with projector and wonderful A/V system makes this space an ideal gathering, meeting and training venue.
2902 West Colorado
Choose the grandest option of all and reserve the whole house for seating for 40-45. This grand lady is the perfect setting for receiving guests for light libations downstairs and a dramatic entrance to the second floor complete with beautiful chandeliers, unprecedented views and elegant, eclectic decorating. In-house catering through our staff and shared kitchen customers is available and preferred caterers are allowed. Full bar service may also be coordinated with our in-house team.
